Im also on alot when they're no staff online, I also have owned my very own vanilla server in the past creating my own datapacks and moderating it completly by myself. I have the experience!

What are the Rules for staff in your own words? Keep any staff to staff conflict in a private discord channel or in, in-game PM's. No using your powers to troll/personal gain. As a note, begging staff to look at your application does not give a good impression. Some of our staff have been away from SV for a long time due to multiple reasons, be it due to family, medical, emotional, stressful, burn-out, or other things. Asking staff for attention is not always a good idea. While it's nice to let it get known there is an application, poking staff members less than an hour from posting the application doesn't show good patience. It's not always dedication we look for, it's the patience to deal with certain situations, such as someone trolling or hovering on the edge of the rules. Some staff members (Me included, I won't deny it) are horrible at patience. As said before, poking a few random staff members to speed up the process of looking at the application less than an hour after posting it doesn't show good patience. Personally, it's always a good idea to let it sit and maybe mention it once or twice in the game's server that you've put in an application.
For now, I'm going to withhold any +1 or -1. Solely for the reasons I stated above.
